TELL THE GOOD NEWS

"Truly, truly, I say unto you, he that hears My word, and believes on Him that sent Me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed out of death into life."
What a glorious promise. A person who is in a state of spiritual death can be resurrected into spiritual life. How wonderful. GOD has chosen that through the preaching of the gospel men should be saved. Thank GOD for the privilege to share the good news of the gospel. The word is shared by the preaching of the gospel, personal testimony, the printed page, the Bible, tracts, television, radio, internet, and many other means.
It is imperative that the gospel message be proclaimed, by every believer in one way or another. But it is also important that people listen and hear the message of salvation. In Jeremiah 22:29, the Bible says "oh earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD." In Romans chapter 1, the Bible teaches that creation itself testifies to the reality of GOD. Romans 1:20 states "for the invisible things of Him are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and GODHEAD; so that they are without excuse." Even though one can know that there is a GOD by the testimony of creation they cannot be saved except they hear the wonderful news that CHRIST died for their sins.
Romans 10:13 states "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved." Romans 10:14-15 states "How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe on Him in whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, how beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things"
The Bible says "he that hears and believes the gospel message is passed out of death into life and will not come into condemnation" Every believer has a responsibility to make Jesus known. Jesus said in Matthew 28:19 "GO into all the world and make disciples of all nations, and lo I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen."
